Long padded jacket with FELLEX® AEROGEL filling. FELLEX® AEROGEL technology is made from 95% polyester and contains an AEROGEL component that increases thermal insulation without adding extra weight to the garment. This material is used in astronauts’ suits because of its lightness and warming capacity. The fabric can withstand ≥10k (10,000 mm of pressurised water penetration), which prevents light rain from seeping through during short periods of exposure. Front zip and magnetic button fastening. Adjustable inner drawstring at the waist. High neck and adjustable hood. Side pockets and brushed inner layer. Cuffed sleeves. This jacket has been tested to withstand temperatures from +7ºC (low activity) to -19ºC (moderate activity) during a standardised test with simulated wind of 0.4m/s wearing a long-sleeved high-neck T-shirt, trousers, briefs, socks, shoes, gloves and a knit hat.
